描述
To enhance the LB fault handling capability under FUSA TSR 1.4.2 requirement, to adopt LB hardwire or LIN signal “Headlamo_Low_Beam_Out” as activate source and redundant design. Besides, LDM shall report the LB Outage while LB hardwire active status and LIN signal "Headlamp_Low_Beams_Out" ON status mismatch within 1000ms.

To enhance the LB fault handling capability under FUSA TSR 1.4.2 requirement, currently LB hardwire is used as activate signal, so in case unintended hardwire lost, LDM shall report the LB hardwire input failure report while LB hardwire active status and LIN signal "Headlamp_Low_Beams_Out" ON status mismatch, only to case that with "Headlamp_Low_Beams_Out" ON and no LB hardwire active within 1500ms.
