FORD LDM Localization

This diagnostic LF/RF_EEL_LoadTest frame includes a cycle all load test. This test allows the definition of an activation sequence of the various loads for detecting fault indications in the LDM Status message with a single diagnostics request. This is an LDM internal test to accomplish a result similar to the Vehicle Operations tests, without external measurements.
