TPS92520 shall monitoring the SPI commmunication with MCU, TPS92520 shall trigger safe state to force the low beam on wihtin 1000ms，When any of the following conditions occur:
1. Any of the DATA bits during a read command are non-zero.
2. There is a parity error in the previously received command.
3. no feedback message
4. crc error
SW Fault Handling time: 800ms
Safe State:
1.buck boost failsafe mode
