FORD LDM Localization

To protect headlamp damage from over/unexpected current of default LDM Dataset configuration in Tier1 plant or other field, LDM shall set MEC flag as below strategy.

The LDM Factory Mode shall also need to compliant to Netcom requirement, refer to DLPL_LIN_23_001, which requires Factory Mode/Special Diagnostic Mode shall behave time out in 4s or less, unless the command instruction is repreated, or the MEC flag is cleared.
