软件中当进入BCM APP:当丢失掉主电源（Input Channel2）进入BCM failsafe mode情况下，只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时，
若读取到Dataset生成的数据配置有TI故障上报功能，TI需要满足Active Load Fault Reporting via LIN功能。
(When (APP: When the software enters main power supply (Input Channel2) is lost and the BCM failsafe mode, mode is entered, only Input Channel1 (L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt) is enabled,
