软件中当进入BCM APP:当丢失掉主电源（Input Channel2）进入BCM failsafe mode情况下，只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时，
若读取到Dataset生成的数据配置有单颗检测功能，Output Channel1的LB需要能满足N-1 Failure Detection功能。
