当转向电源（L/RF_Turn_Lamp_Ckt）等于或高于7V时转向灯点亮，低于7V时转向灯熄灭，转向灯熄灭时，转向灯电源需要等于或高于7.5V才能恢复到点亮状态。
(When the power supply (L/RF_Turn_Lamp_Ckt) is equal to or higher than 7V, the turn signal is on; when the power supply is lower than 7V, the turn signal is off; when the turn signal is off, the power supply of the turn signal must be equal to or higher than 7.5V to restore to the on state.)
