若软件读取到“PWMx_Function_Assign_cfg”为0x10，则对应PWM通道关联Static Bending light功能，当收到Static Bending light功能指令时，PWM输出应立即从0%激活到对应的“PWMx_Target_Duty_Cycle_cfg”占空比。
(If the PWMx_Function_Assign_cfg value is 0x10, the Static Bending light function is associated with the PWM channel. When the Static Bending light command is received, The PWM output should be activated immediately from 0% to the corresponding PWMx_Target_Duty_Cycle_cfg duty cycle.)
