FORD LDM Localization

The following diagram illustrates the LIN messaging sequence for the BCM EEL LIN Bus. The BCM will alternate between the two functional command frames. After each command frame, the BCM will process one node frame, cycling thru the LIN nodes. The diagram line shows LIN Bus active from the BCM. Diamonds above the line are BCM Command Frames. Diamonds below the line are Node Status frames. Diamond color illustrates the two BCM messages, three Node responses as well as a couple of No Response cycles while the LIN nodes power up.
