如果RBIN电阻丢失（未识别到有效档位），不应导致通道过流超过BCM电流限制，LDM使用模块存储的历史档位，实现电流输出 如果RBIN电阻丢失（未识别到有效档位），不应导致通道过流超过BCM电流限制 

 (If the binning resistor is lost (short circuit or open circuit) or out of range, it shall not cause overcurrent exceeding BCM current limits. Detail can refer to REQ0042.)
