功能 #2602

涛 陆 更新于 大约一年 之前

Each LDM, depending on the number and characteristics of the loads it is driving may require varying levels of configuration at the supplier prior to delivery to Ford. This configuration data will include requirements from Ford as well as internal supplier defined requirements. Some of this data will affect the service life of the LED loads in the lighting assembly and are the responsibility of the Supplier. Some of this configuration may be done with initial programming of the micro-controller for the LDM. However, the LIN bus may be utilized for individualizing a generic LDM/Lamp Assembly to final product requirements. If the LDM needs is configured via LIN, the LDM must be comply with the following:

 Notes:
 • The LDM software shall detect missing, partial, or corrupt Supplier configuration data.
 • If the LDM Supplier Data has not been configured, partially configured or is corrupted, the LDM shall report ECU Fault in the J2602 status byte (See Illustration below). The “Node not configured” status shall be used for Ford Configuration Mode data only.

Any assembly introduced into the Ford System (Vehicle Operations or Ford Service Parts) must indicate that it has a non-repairable fault to support Dataset flashing on allow quick identification and replacement of the suspect component.

The final methodology used by the supplier to perform this configuration is up to the supplier, but LIN IDs are available for the suppliers use (Ford will not define in-vehicle use for these ID’s, assuring no conflicts during vehicle operation) and can be utilized to program the LDM in the lamp assembly. The following section illustrates a message frame for transferring data to the LDM. It follows the same implementation format as the Ford Manufacturing. supported configuration method, with different ID assignments to isolate the Supplier data from the Ford configurable data. This will allow the software routines for Ford configuration, if already present in the module to be retasked for this function if the supplier does not want to implement new/additional routines. This is a proposal only; the supplier is free to use the same module IDs with their own internal Frame definition and tools if they prefer or have existing structures in place.
