If LDM in shut down mode (no power) is powered off ,software receive DRL / POS signal,DRL / POS indicator should be active in 60ms. 
 If LDM is waked up, software powered on ,software receive DRL / POS signal,DRL / POS indicator should be active in 20ms. 
 If LDM is in low power mode ,software receive DRL / POS signal,DRL / POS indicator should be active in 60ms.
