软件进入到Failsafe Mode,且识别到有Input 软件识别到只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时， 连接到Output Channel1的低边部分灯不可被点亮。 (When the software enters Failsafe Mode and identifies that only Input Channel1 (L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt) is enabled, The light on the lower side connected to the Output Channel1 cannot be lit.)
