软件进入到Failsafe Mode,且识别到有Input 软件识别到只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时， 
 Output Channel1的LB需要正常点亮。 
 (When the software enters Failsafe Mode and (If only Input Channel1 (L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt) is enabled.) enabled, 
 The LB of Output Channel1 must be lit properly.)
