1、the LIN signal ‘FTP_Status’ transitions from ‘0’ to ‘1’, the high beam output(s) shall *activate immediately* ； 
 2、the LIN signal ‘FTP_Status’ transitions from ‘1’ to ‘0’，the high beam shall *deactivate immediately*(Ignore Ramp Time) immediately* ； 
 忽略ramping时间
