软件识别到只有“TI Power supply Channel”(L/RF_Turn_Lamp_Ckt)使能时，同时读取到Dataset中“TI_POWER_Source_CFG”配置为0x01,“Channel2/3/4_usage_cfg”配置为0x04时， 软件中当进入BCM failsafe mode情况下，只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时，
若读取到Dataset生成的数据中“TI_Failure_Report_cfg”配置为0x01时，TI需要满足Active 若读取到Dataset生成的数据配置有TI故障上报功能，TI需要满足Active Load Fault Reporting via LIN功能。
