软件识别到只有“TI 软件中当进入BCM failsafe mode情况下，只有“TI Power supply Channel”(L/RF_Turn_Lamp_Ckt)使能时，同时读取到Dataset中“TI_POWER_Source_CFG”配置为0x01,“Channel2/3/4_usage_cfg”配置为0x04时， Channel”(L/RF_Turn_Lamp_Ckt)使能时，
TI需要满足Channel Open/Short Detection功能。
(When entering the software detects that BCM failsafe mode, only TI Power supply Channel (L/RF_Turn_Lamp_Ckt) is enabled, When the value of TI_POWER_Source_CFG in the Dataset is 0x01 and the value of Channel2/3/4_usage_cfg is 0x04, enabled.
