软件识别到只有Input 软件中当进入BCM failsafe mode情况下，只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时， 
 连接Output Channel2、3、4部分的LB不可被点亮。 
 (When the software identifies that enters the BCM failsafe mode, only Input Channel1 (L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt) is enabled, 
 The LB connected to Output Channel2, 3, and 4 cannot be lit.)
