软件识别到只有Input 软件中当进入BCM failsafe mode情况下，只有Input Channel1（L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt）使能时， Output Channel1的LB需要能满足Channel Open/Short Detection功能。 (When the software identifies that enters the BCM failsafe mode, only Input Channel1 (L/RF_Low_Beam_Ckt) is enabled, The LB of Output Channel1 must meet the Channel Open/Short Detection function.)
