The function of the Low Side driver shall also be configurable. The low side driver activation shall then be based on the assignment based on ‘LSD1/2_usage_cfg’. This has the following possible configurations:
• 0x00: Not used
• 0x01: LB
• 0x02: HB
• 0x03: DRL2
• 0x04: SBL
• 0x05-0x07: Reserved
NOTE: DRL2 can only be assigned to one LSD channel,
If high beam is assigned to a low side driver and a HB/FTP command is requested then the appropriate channel output will be activated if IGN is in Run or Start.
The Low Side Drivers duty cycles set using the parameters ‘LSD1/2_ Duty_Cycle_cfg’. This allows a split LB or SBL to have different intensities in different chambers.
‘LSD1/2_ Duty_Cycle_Cfg’ parameter definition:
• Range: -5- 5 – 100%
• Resolution: 1%
